For international procurement heads in North America, the Middle East, and Africa — a transparent view of Mudrika’s production capacity, logistics protocols, trade lane coverage, and onboarding timelines.
Sq. ft. climate-controlled production space across three sites
Metric tons produced per month — sustained output
Maximum IML integration lead time post design lock
Response to every international enquiry on business days
Production Infrastructure
Multi-location production means no single-facility risk. If capacity is constrained at one site, your order ships on schedule from another. This is the supply chain resilience global buyers require.
Trade Lanes & Export Credentials
Mudrika holds active IEC (Import Export Code) registration and has established commercial relationships with freight forwarders and customs agents on every major lane we service.
JEBEL ALI PORT. Regular FCL and LCL shipments. Established customs agent. Paint, lubricant, and cosmetics clients active.
RIYADH / JEDDAH. IML for FMCG and industrial clients. SABER certification documentation available.
Regular shipments for industrial and personal care clients. Short transit from JNPT via Khalifa Bin Salman Port.
ALEXANDRIA & SOKHNA. Active FMCG and household products client base. ATA carnet and HS code documentation managed in-house.
COLOMBO. Regular LCL to FCL shipments for FMCG and dairy clients. Short transit, established freight relationship.
EAST & WEST COAST. Active through US merchant distributors. FDA-compliant food-contact documentation available. Growing direct client pipeline.
KENYA, NIGERIA, GHANA, TANZANIA. High-growth market for IML in FMCG and paints. 40°C warehouse specification verified.
NETHERLANDS, GERMANY, UK. EPR-compliant PP monomaterial certification opens EU market. Growing inquiry pipeline from sustainability-led buyers.
Logistics & Compliance
Label films are moisture-sensitive and stack-load sensitive. We’ve built our outbound logistics protocols specifically around these characteristics — because a damaged shipment costs everyone more than the labels.
FCL and LCL configurations optimised for label film dimensions — maximising load density without stack compression damage.
Sea freight palletisation uses moisture-barrier wrapping and desiccant packing as standard — not optional — on every export shipment.
CO, COO, phytosanitary, bill of lading, packing list, and HS code documentation prepared in-house for every shipment. No third-party delays.
Active Import Export Code registration. All export documentation compliant with DGFT requirements and destination country customs protocols.
Onboarding Process
This is the maximum timeline for complex IML integrations with new injection moulding line setups. Simpler repeat-format orders are typically approved and in production within 2 weeks.

You submit the sample request form. A technical specialist — not a sales agent — reviews your specification and responds within 24 hours with a technical clarification checklist.

A custom sample pack matched to your container category, resin type, and application environment is prepared and dispatched via international air courier.

Artwork files reviewed, film specification agreed, container resin compatibility confirmed. IML: automation layout reviewed with your moulder.

Trial samples produced and dispatched. Once your team approves the moulded output, production is confirmed and the first commercial order is scheduled.
