Production Infrastructure

Three Sites. One Supply Chain Guarantee.

Multi-location production means no single-facility risk. If capacity is constrained at one site, your order ships on schedule from another. This is the supply chain resilience global buyers require.

Logistics & Compliance

Every Shipment Protected. Every Document Ready.

Label films are moisture-sensitive and stack-load sensitive. We’ve built our outbound logistics protocols specifically around these characteristics — because a damaged shipment costs everyone more than the labels.

Container Optimisation

FCL and LCL configurations optimised for label film dimensions — maximising load density without stack compression damage.

Moisture Protection

Sea freight palletisation uses moisture-barrier wrapping and desiccant packing as standard — not optional — on every export shipment.

Documentation Package

CO, COO, phytosanitary, bill of lading, packing list, and HS code documentation prepared in-house for every shipment. No third-party delays.

IEC Registered

Active Import Export Code registration. All export documentation compliant with DGFT requirements and destination country customs protocols.

Onboarding Process

From First Enquiry to Production Approval in 3–4 Weeks.

This is the maximum timeline for complex IML integrations with new injection moulding line setups. Simpler repeat-format orders are typically approved and in production within 2 weeks.

Technical Intake (Day 1–2)

You submit the sample request form. A technical specialist — not a sales agent — reviews your specification and responds within 24 hours with a technical clarification checklist.

Sample Pack Dispatch (Day 3–7)

A custom sample pack matched to your container category, resin type, and application environment is prepared and dispatched via international air courier.

Design Proofing & Spec Lock (Week 2)

Artwork files reviewed, film specification agreed, container resin compatibility confirmed. IML: automation layout reviewed with your moulder.

Production Approval (Week 3–4)

Trial samples produced and dispatched. Once your team approves the moulded output, production is confirmed and the first commercial order is scheduled.

What you receive in the Global Sample Kit
