The HTL Advantage
Self-adhesive labels are flat. Products are not. Convex shoulders, tapered walls, embossed ribs, and narrow-diameter substrates defeat pressure-sensitive technology. Heat Transfer Labels follow the surface geometry precisely, delivering seamless decoration where no other label format can.
The film is positioned against the product and transferred under controlled heat and pressure — the carrier film peels away, leaving only the design, fused to the surface with no edge, no seam, and no visible transition. On cosmetics, personal care, and writing instruments, this is the difference between packaging that looks manufactured and packaging that looks designed.
